|
| Team's Tank Inspection Program provides turnkey inspection and engineering services, plus ongoing maintenance to extend the life, reliability, and safety of your aboveground storage tanks (AST). |
|
| Team provides total inspection requirements for in-service, out-of-service, aluminum, stainless steel, spheroids, and other types of ASTs. Team technicians employ cutting-edge inspection technology ranging from magnetic flux leakage floor scanners, ultrasonic A-, B-, and C-Scan systems, remote ultrasonic tank crawlers, vacuum box leak detection tests, laser level settlement measurement, liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing. Team also provides inspectors for third-party tank construction and repair monitoring. |
| |
| Team's state-of-the-art inspection systems such as Guided-Wave Ultrasonic and ACFM technology can significantly enhance inspection efficiency and minimize downtime for terminal piping. |
| |
| Customers benefit from improved coordination of trades, faster project turnaround, and quality-control responsibilities that are focused with one highly trusted supplier. |
| |

|
| |
The bottom line is process efficiency and safe operation
| | Team's Inspection Services help you maintain the operational integrity of your facility. |
| |
| Customized process packages as well as programs for your equipment, training, safety, maintenance, and inspections can be tailored to your facility |
| |
| Team's technologies and capabilities keep your tanks safe, fully operational, and compliant with the industry's stringent standards. These include: |
| |
| Corrosion Detection - Advanced magnetic flux leakage (MFL) systems, such as the TC-2000 or MFE-2412, provide fast and reliable corrosion detection for both top and bottom surfaces of tank floors up to the shell to bottom weld. This includes hard-to-reach areas such as under piping and coils. |
| |
| Heat-Treating Services - Using resistance heating and high-velocity gas systems, Team can strengthen or restore weld integrity, maintain constant tank temperatures, and cure paint and coatings. Also, to simplify tank and pipe maintenance procedures, controlled heat helps liquify solidified contents. |
|
| |
| Complete Documentation - Thorough, easy-to-understand documentation can include a complete tank inventory, service history, repair/maintenance records, and regulatory compliance documents. Team can also provide you CAD services, as-built drawings, and comprehensive test/engineering reports complete with certifications. |
| |
| Measuring Shell and Roof Thickness - Team's high-speed, ultrasonic, remote-controlled tank crawler scans the tank to measure shell and roof thickness. |
| |
| Ultrasonic Inspection - An ultrasonic inspection measures shell and floor thickness and can detect corrosion and subsurface defects. Ultrasonic A- and B-Scan systems are used to assess the condition of a tank floor, in conjunction with MFL systems. |
| |
| Lab Testing - A material analysis can be performed providing alloy identification, metallurgical/chemical analysis, and replication/metallography. |
| |
| Visual Examination - Team's visual examination includes: |
| | – Fixed and floating roof seals |
| | – Coatings and linings |
| | – Fittings and welds |
| | – Foundation and settlement |
| | – Shell plumb alignment |
| | – On-site inspection techniques with maintenance plan recommendations for compliance |

| Quality is a Critical Part of Team's Tank Management Services |
| |
 | Whether it's a postweld heat treatment of a tank nozzle weld or corrosion assessment of an aging segment of a buried pipeline, no one brings more quality, experience, or insight to the process than Team Industrial Services technicians. |
| |
 | Team's 1,800+ highly trained technicians are the only ones in the industry who can draw upon over 120 years of combined heat-treating and NDE/NDT inspection experience. |
| |
 | Team's API 653-certified technicians follow a comprehensive inspection manual developed by the company, and all expert evaluation and analysis are certified by Team's engineering staff. |
| |
 | Team also is an ISO 9001 and ISO 9002-certified, quality organization and manufacturing facility. |
| |
 | Personnel are trained, tested, and certified to requirements that meet or exceed those of ANSI/ASNTCP-189, MIL-STD-410E, and SNT-TC-1A. |
| |
 | Team also provides inspection services for the nuclear power and defense industries. |
